The product will then be analyzed by our laboratory. In the case of a defective product, a new product will be sent to you prepaid.

In the case you ordered the wrong product, you will have to send back the product at your owned expense and there will be a restocking fee of 20% or you can choose to select another item without having to pay the restocking fee.
